Jeroen Kneppers, Endouble's current CCO, will take the reigns as the new CEO from January 1st, 2019. He will succeed Kenichi Imamura, who has managed the company’s transition during the last year and a half. Jeroen has 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry and has been working for Endouble for seven years. As CEO, he will focus on the further growth of the company.
Transition to scalable business model
As an agile company Endouble’s focus is on creating customised recruitment websites in a scalable manner. The central platform that it has developed, serves as a basis for the development of recruitment websites for all customers. The platform’s guiding principle is gathering data and insights, which serves as a starting point of improving the recruitment process of customers. The development of the platform allows Endouble to grow at an accelerated pace.

Recruitment data expert
With the appointment of Jeroen, Endouble aims to further solidify its position as recruitment data expert in the recruitment sector.
